David P. Morales is the Firm’s principal attorney and he personally oversees all matters handled by the Firm. Mr. Morales has experience litigating patent, trademark and copyright matters in the United States District Courts in several states, as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. As outside counsel, Mr. Morales is experienced in a variety of business and technology transactions, trademark and copyright registrations, as well as employment matters, labor contract negotiations, taxation, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
May Lin DeHaan is an experienced patent and trademark attorney who handles all patent prosecution for the Firm. Ms. DeHaan has prosecuted patents domestically and internationally covering a broad array of technology, including software, electronics, biotechnology and mechanical inventions.
